Your city, your voice, our stage.

Be Part of the Conversation.

Stage the City… What's next in Sneinton?

In 2027, community groups across the project from Meadows, Bulwell and Sneinton will come together to create Nottingham’s largest community performance in 20 years in Old Market Square, telling the story of our city and celebrating what makes Notts, Notts.

It’s really important to us that local voices are heard as part of this project so that we are telling the stories that matter to the people that matter.

Could you be a Community Champion?

Are you passionate about your local area and want to make sure your community’s voice is heard as part of Stage the City? We’re looking for Community Champions to join our group meetings as local representatives. You’ll help shape ideas, strengthen connections, and support the long-term sustainability of creative groups in the Meadows, Bulwell and Sneinton!

Who can join?

Anyone who lives or works in Sneinton. Residents and community members of Sneinton.

Whether you have lived here all your life or are an active member of the local community, if you are passionate about the area's history, diversity and culture, we'd love to hear from you.

If you're interested in the performing arts and would like to be part of something big, this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved.
