NottsYouthTrends Privacy Statement

NottsYouthTrends (Nottinghamshire Youth Trends) is a research project run by Nonsuch Studios (Nonsuch Theatre Limited) an arts organisation and charity based in Nottingham City Centre. The survey is open access, which means anyone who fits the age range can fill it in.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the information we collect is anonymous and so falls outside of the UK GDPR legislation. As the information is submitted anonymously there is no way of removing submitted data from the data set.

How we store the data

The information gathered through the NottsYouthTrends project is stored securely by our data processor, Typeform.com. Typeform.com’s information and policies can be found here. Once gathered, analysed and interpreted the finished NottsYouthTrends report which contains analysis of this data as well as parts of the raw data gathered is shared online and available for the general public to download and analyse. 

The source data for the NottsYouthTrends project is kept for no more than three years, but the reports created from the source data are published in the public domain. 

 

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights related to your data. As NottsYouthTrends is a truly anonymous project many of the standard rights are not applicable as data is not identifiable back to you and so fall outside of the UK GDPR legislation.
