Charlie Mackenzie-Barrow is an experienced drama facilitator and theatre practitioner with a strong background in delivering inclusive, engaging workshops for children, young people, and community groups. Since 2019, Charlie has worked as a freelance workshop leader with Captive Audience and other local organisations, creating bespoke drama sessions tailored to participants’ needs and abilities. Charlie has led summer schools with the Jersey Arts Centre (ages 8–18), facilitated creative community involvement on Arts Council-funded projects, and toured nationally with inclusive theatre company Concrete Youth. Passionate about the transformative power of theatre, Charlie combines creative direction with pastoral care and safeguarding awareness, ensuring every session is safe, accessible, and inspiring. With hands-on experience across education, touring productions, and immersive events, Charlie brings energy, empathy, and a collaborative spirit to every creative environment.
