The Senior Community Producer will lead on the coordination, development and delivery of Nonsuch Studio’s community programme including regular classes, creative learning, school outreach, youth campaigns and community projects. As a member of Senior Management the role will play a critical role in producing and championing community work at the centre of Nonsuch Studio’s output as a Charity. Success for the role will be the continuation of regular classes, opportunities for partnership working with key stakeholders and regular community projects in strategic locations across Nottinghamshire.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing and producing the delivery of Nonsuch Studio’s community programmes and its associated engagement activities.
  • To be part of the strategic development of the community programme, identifying opportunities for expansion and collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • To line manager the Community Projects Assistant, working to set key tasks and responsibilities across the community programmes.
  • Recruiting and line managing freelance practitioners and additional staff as required by the projects against that of budgets.
  • To be the budget holder for community programmes with associated reconciliation and reporting as required.
  • To act as a Designated Safeguarding Lead within the organisation

KEY INFORMATION

Job Title: Senior Community Producer 

Reports to: Senior Leadership Team

Salary: £34,657.50 (£27,726 Pro Rata)

Place of Work: Nonsuch Studios’ Offices in Nottingham City Centre and across engagement locations in the East Midlands.

Working Hours: 4 days per week (30hours)

Contract Type: This is a permanent role.
