OUTLAWED was created in 2023 by Nottingham based Nonsuch Studios. It’s a queer and incredibly camp reimagining the story of the well-loved Robin Hood through cabaret and drag performers. The show has a company of 4 performers, and will also include a Company Stage Manager, Deputy Stage Manager (you!) and a Production Manager.
About the Role:
- Joining the production during its final week of rehearsals to support the COMPANY Stage Manager and Director as required.
- Liaising with the creative team on technical elements of the show.
- Being present at and actively contributing to the technical rehearsals including supporting the Lighting Designer and Sound Designers alongside venue technicians to achieve the technical aspects of the show.
- To run and amend the show file on QLab across technical rehearsals.
- Working alongside the CSM to deliver the production, cuing and executing the technical aspects of the show via QLab.
- To support the welfare of the cast across the tour alongside the CSM.
- To attend production meetings as required.
- Being a key member of the touring team, attending venues and supporting the CSM in the get in and running of the production.
- Sharing of driving responsibilities of the tour van alongside the CSM.
- A full driving license is required.
- To work within, promote and comply with current legislation and Nonsuch Studios policies and practices including Equality, Inclusion, Safeguarding and Health & Safety
- To encourage, promote and comply within Nonsuch Studio’s green policy to lessen the environmental impact.
