Ashfield Creates is a new, three year programme designed to increase the access to and engagement with arts, culture and creative activities across Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Supported by a £1million investment from Arts Council England’s Place Partnership fund, and leveraging wider partner investment, this £1.8million programme is the largest investment in arts and culture in Ashfield’s history and is set to deliver a significant step-change in the local cultural offer.
In March 2025, Nonsuch Studios were announced as the programme managers and producers of Ashfield Creates and are set to lead the programme from April 2025 to October 2027.
As part of the successful delivery of Ashfield Creates, Nonsuch Studios are looking to work with a long-term evaluation, impact and audience insight partner who will become part of the Ashfield Creates team and support the wider success, development and legacy of the programme.
We’re particularly interested in working with partners who have experience in delivering impact and evaluation work for similar projects, have expertise and understanding in developing audiences (especially in areas of least engagement) and are able to design tools that are easy to roll-out, highly insightful and iterative.
Proposals are open until 12pm on May 26th 2025 and if you have any questions, we're more than welcome to accept them via email as outlined in the document accessible via the link on this page.
We're particularly interested in understanding potential partners' expertise in shaping the overarching evaluation of the programme and guiding, through best intelligence, how we should approach the most effective, value-for-money and impactful approach to evaluation, impact and audience insight.
