Homerangers is Nonsuch Studios' long-running creative drama session tailored for the Home Educated Community.

Since 2015, Nonsuch Studios has been working in partnership with the home-educated community of Nottingham to deliver Home Rangers, our longest-running creative class.

Specially created for Nottingham's Home Educated community, this is a safe space for participants to explore creativtiy, drama and theatre through adventure, imagination & child - led discovery. Participants engage in a wide range of skills and theatre approaches such as mime, puppetry and acting to camera. Working within a safe environment, the group will feel supported in developing themselves as creatives as well as individuals.

All our session leaders are professionally trained and have worked within Youth Arts and the industry for many years and they can’t wait to welcome you to Homerangers!

From September 2026, Home Rangers is booked in half-term blocks, with part-payment options available.

Meet the Facilitators

Rebecca Allen is a Theatre Practitioner and Performer based in Nottingham. Rebecca trained in dance and acting from the age of four and continued this passion throughout her education graduating in 2017 with a BA Hons in Theatre Arts. Rebecca has worked as a Multi Skilled Performer since 2012 performing for various events across the UK. Specialising in acting, dancing, mask work, immersive characters, angle grinding and stilt walking.

Rebecca has worked as a freelance practitioner since 2016 creating and delivering sessions for a variety of age groups from early years to young adults. Rebecca is passionate about creating sessions that enable participants to explore their creativity and imagination enabling them to develop their performance skills and confidence in a fun and safe environment.

Rebecca is supported and assisted in the delivery of Homerangers by Hermione Purvis.

Termly Booking

All Nonsuch Studios classes are booked in half-term blocks which are paid in full in advance.

Pay in Instalments

For those that would like to pay for Homerangers over 3 payments, please select the instalment option during the booking process. This will split the termly cost into three payments of £30, £25 and £25. The first payment will be taken in the online checkout and then we will be in contact with you to pay the subsequent payments. The third payment will be due by Friday 9th October 2026. If you have any questions about setting up instalments, please contact us via the link below.

Homerangers takes place at Nottingham Arts Theatre in Nottingham City Centre with the session accessed via the Stage Door on Old Lenton Street.
